How can we help?

• Help: trouble downloading or setting a tone. Please tell us your phone model and what happened. Our guides for Android and iPhone answer most questions.
• Request: an idea for a new tone or category. We cannot add songs or film music, but we can often make an original tone with a similar mood.
• Work with us: you are a musician, singer, naat khawan, muezzin or voice artist and would like to be paid to record tones. Please include a short sample of your work.
• Copyright: you believe a tone uses your work. Please follow the steps on our DMCA page.
• Other: anything else, including feedback about the site.

Before you write

• Is a download not starting? Try a different browser, or open the tone page on your phone instead of using the "Send to phone" QR code.
• Is a tone not showing on iPhone? Make sure you downloaded the M4R file and that it is 30 seconds or less for the Files method.
• Is a tone not showing on Android? Check that the MP3 finished downloading and is in your Downloads folder.
